Centennial Medical Center has six separate registration areas. They are located at Centennial Tower, Centennial Imaging Center, The Women's Hospital, Women's Health Center, Emergency Department, Parthenon Pavilion, Physical Therapy Registration and Atrium Plastic Surgery Registration.

Centennial Tower
The hours of operation at the Centennial Tower Registration are Monday - Friday, 5:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. All patients entering the Tower for any inpatient stays or outpatient tests and procedures must first come through Registration at the Tower. The Registration Desk is located on the first floor of the Tower in the main lobby and may be reached at (615) 342-1525.

Centennial Imaging Center
The hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Located at 356 24th Avenue North (corner of 24th and Charlotte Avenue.

The Women's Hospital
The hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. OB patients that present believing they are in labor should go directly to OB Assessment Center on the 6th floor for observation.

Patients entering The Women's Hospital for tests and procedures must first come through Regsitration, Monday-Friday 6am-6pm, which may be reached at (615) 342-1575 and is located on the first floor of The Women's Hospital.

Women's Health Center
The hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm. The Women's Health Center is located on the 3rd floor of the Women's Hospital in Suite 115. The Women's Health Center can be reached at (615) 342-5018.

Emergency Room
The hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All emergency patients entering Centennial Medical Center through the Emergency Room will be registered in this area. Any admissions occurring after Centennial Tower Registration hours will also register through this area. The Emergency Room may be reached at (615) 342-1526 and is located on the first floor of the Centennial Tower at the corner of Leslie Avenue and 23rd Avenue North.

Parthenon Pavilion
Parthenon Pavilion conducts a free assessment prior to admission. The hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
